Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide manufacturer authorized and factory trained service engineers to perform all required maintenance and service to the equipment.
Provide genuine manufacturer’s replacement parts for all service repairs and maintenance. All replacement parts shall be new and not refurbished.
Provide all software updates as they become available for current versions of Agilent software.
Provide three (3) day priority response time from the initial service call to having a service engineer on-site to begin requested work.
There shall be no monetary limits on the cost or number of repairs during the duration of the contract including possible instrument replacement when deemed necessary. Repairs called in before the contract expires shall continue until satisfactorily completed in accordance with the bid requirements.
Provide one (1) preventive maintenance service visit during the contract period.
Provide unlimited hardware and software telephone support.
