Height: 8“ 56” D. Construction: Two-piece clamshell base. The pieces shall be joined internally by two (2) stainless steel bolts on each side. All taped holes, stainless steel screws, and bolts shall be sprayed with "Thread-eze" by Chemsearch or approved substitute prior to assembly. E. Access Doors: Two (2), 10.125" by 27" doors secured with four (4) 3/8" x 16 threads per inch stainless steel, pinin-hex, button head cap screws (tamper resistant with 7/32" hex pan). F. Surface Preparation: Before painting, wipe down surfaces to be coated with Sinclair No. 12 Galva Wash or approved substitute to remove any soils, grease, oil, etc., in accordance with the manufacturer's directions. G. Exterior Color (Finish): Clamshell base shall be anodized prior to finishing. Clamshell base shall be furnished with a ‘custom match’ finish. Primer shall be Tnemec series 27 F.C. Typoxy, GN-1 Forest Green, or approved substitute. Finish coat shall be Tnemec, Series, 1070 Fluoronar, GN-1 Forest Green, or approved substitute. G. Touch-up Paint: For each clamshell base, one (1) pint size can of touch-up paint matching the finished coat shall be provided. Touch-up paint shall be packed and delivered in cases.
