Specifications include, but are not limited to: Human Resources Services required: (1) Serve as the Employer of Record for approximately nine (9) employees on behalf of HI-HIDTA for services to be provided to HI-HIDTA. (2) Assist HI-HIDTA EB in the process of designating those Assigned Employees that are to be covered and coordinate the consignment of those Assigned Employees to the various job/employment classifications as requested by HIHIDTA EB. (3) Make available a voluntary employee benefits program, as determined by HIHIDTA EB, which may include and is not limited to: a. Medical Coverage b. Dental Coverage c. Vision Coverage d. Prescription Drug Coverage e. Flexible Spending f. Life Insurance g. 401K Retirement
