Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a variety (print, social media, television ads,) of marketing venues and tools to promote
and educate the public, educators, parents/guardians and students on the DL program.
3.1.2 Conduct an on-site assessment to determine readiness and next steps to implement a DL
program. Assessment shall be individualized for each school and include state leadership,
complex area, and school stafF.
