Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Creation of Use Cases for all the assigned tasks of the OHSM. • Analysis of the data required for each record type (Birth, Marriage, Death and other life events). • Analysis of associated data that is generated or attributed to each record type. • Analysis of the reporting requirements for each record type by: o Creation o Request o Change / Amendment • Identification of additional paper-based activities that should be converted and or incorporated into the system. • Analysis of the methods for the acquisition of data for each record type to support: o Records Creation o Records Change / Amendment o Reporting • Design the data structures and relationships of the data required. • Design / update the interface for the modules associated with the records. • Design auditing and control requirements and methodologies. • Formalizing the software development standards to be followed. • Data migration strategy o Records mapping of the current data store to the proposed data store o Attributes mapping of the current data store to the proposed data store o Other data mapping of the current data store to the proposed data store
