Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), Administrative Services Office (ASO) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional services in the areas of financial accounting and/or financial, accounting, and management consultation services. This solicitation may include special projects to assist the DLNR in the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures, management's review of effectiveness, efficiency and economy of operations and other related services in the areas considered critical to the Department's operations.; • Assistance with preparation of the Single Audit and Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) requirements.; • Assistance with preparation of various schedules and related reports for the Department's Financial Statement Audit.; • Assistance with preparation of the Management's Discussion Analysis and Financial Statements.; • Assessment of current procedures on areas considered indispensable to the Department's operations.; • Assistance on other management oversight reviews and/or special projects in the areas considered mutually critical.
