Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall produce an informational video (three minutes in length) about workforce development and the American Job Centers’ services in Hawaii. The content must not be dated. In other words, the video must remain informative and useful when it is viewed two or more years from now and under different political leadership (i.e., a new governor). The entire length of the video shall be comprehensive to show the full range of workforce development programs and services that the State of Hawaii and its public and private partners provide to residents and businesses; a. An introduction of the WIOA law and a concise explanation of how federal funds make a positive impact on Hawaii. b. A highlight of Hawaii’s workforce development vision, goals, performance measures, and program results. c. Highlights of partnerships with federal and state funding agencies.
