Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City and County of Honolulu (“City”) currently has a new Thermal Dryer Facility under construction as part of “Job No. W4-17, Honouliuli WWTP Secondary Treatment Phase 1A – Sludge Drying and Related Facilities.” The installation of two (2) Haarslev Model BD3000/8 thermal dryers and ancillary equipment is estimated to be completed in early 2024. This Request for Information (RFI) has been compiled with four primary objectives in mind: 1. Provide information and objectives about the existing facility and goals associated with the Contract Operations and Maintenance services. 2. Determine and increase market interest in the project. 3. Identify subjects of greatest interest to participants
