This requirement is for non-personal services. The Contractor shall provide 15 hours a week for 52 weeks of Youth Ministry Services. The 15 hours per week will be coordinated with the Senior Chaplain upon award of the contract. The Contractor shall provide personnel to establish, implement and maintain a strategy, and comprehensive plan for a Youth Ministry Program for the Chapel located on Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). Contractor Personnel shall perform the specific tasks in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
