Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health (DOH), Family Health Services Division, Maternal and Child Health Branch, Women's and Reproductive Health Section, Reproductive Health Services Unit ("RHSU") is conducting a Request for Information ("RFI") for the development of service specifications for the provision of STATEWIDE Family Planning Services to all persons desiring such services, with priority for persons with lower incomes and underserved populations. These services include clinical reproductive health care and related preventive health services; information, education, and counseling related to family planning; and referral services as needed. These services shall contain a cultural perspective to accommodate language, traditions, and/or values of different racial and ethnic groups.
