Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide security services for the Villages of Kapolei Community Center building and premises located at 91-1050 Kama’aha Loop, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, including, documenting any suspicious activity or any damage related to security breaches, assisting the STATE in the removal of unauthorized persons loitering on the community center and premises. At a minimum, Contractor shall perform the following duties and tasks: 1. Perform field reconnaissance and inspection of exterior of building daily, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., approximately two (2) to four (4) hours per day, inclusive of travel time not to exceed half-hour (1/2 hour); 2. Maintain adequate records and photographs of any trespassers, loiterers, or unauthorized occupants who have set up makeshift living arrangements on property; 3. Provide notice to Honolulu Police Department, State Sherriff Department and HHFDC before evicting unauthorized persons noted in Task 3 above; 4. Deal tactfully and effectively with the public; coordinate efforts with the Honolulu Police Department, State Sherriff Department, or other enforcement personnel, when necessary; 5. Respond to queries pertaining to any security concerns affecting the community center; 6. If necessary, provide testimony at any court proceeding involving any evictions or incidents involving security matters affecting the community center; and 7. Submit a monthly report to the STATE including the following: a. Daily inspection logs of security monitoring; and b. Assessment of any significant security breach or activity. Monthly reports shall be prepared in a format deemed acceptable to HHFDC.
