Installing UV-C germicidal lighting downstream of the cooling coils in Air Handling Units (AHU-1 through AHU-6) to inhibit microbial growth on coil surfaces. These services are to be executed during planned outages of no more than four hours per AHU, performed after hours or on weekends, and coordinated with hospital maintenance staff. Notify and coordinate with the contracting officer regarding any major deviations from the plans due to unforeseen or variable field conditions. Coordinate outage timing, access, and security protocols with hospital maintenance and contract Manager. Schedule each (AHU) for a maximum four-hour outage to perform installations after hours or on weekends. Comply with all relevant regulations: Building Code of Honolulu, State Department of Health, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Fire Code, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable authorities.
