The CONTRACTOR shall provide tutoring services for students in one or more of the following subject areas: Reading; Writing; The CONTRACTOR shall provide a training plan for the CONTRACTOR’s tutors. The CONTRACTOR’s tutors must be fully trained prior to working with students. Training shall include: a. Proper use of the provided curriculum; b. Administration of assessments; c. Delivery of effective and engaging tutoring sessions; and d. Compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); e. Ongoing training shall be provided as needed based on each tutor’s individual development requirements. The CONTRACTOR’s tutors must demonstrate a positive, motivating, and enthusiastic approach to working with students. If a virtual platform is used, the CONTRACTOR’s tutors shall train students on how to access and use the platform before the first tutoring session...
