The Contractor shall provide urban planning, transportation planning, and transportation engineering services on an “as-required” basis to complete various Project Assignments. The assignments may require specialized skills or related expertise such as environmental review and assessment, permitting, federal funding and procurement, accessibility analyses, community engagement and outreach, compliance with federal and state regulations. The Project Assignments may include, but are not limited to the following topics: 1. Update to the Oahu Bike Plan. 2. Planning support for implementation of the actions and projects identified in the Oahu Vision Zero Action Plan, including a lighting needs assessment, traffic counts, and development of a public-facing dashboard. 3. Planning and engineering services to support implementation of Complete Streets projects identified in the Oahu Pedestrian Plan and the Oahu Bike Plan. 4.
