Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor shall provide security attendant services to the Hawai„i State Art Museum and its auxiliary facilities. At the release of this solicitation, the Hawai„i State Art Museum shall be provided security services under this contract. General specifications 1. Security services shall be provided as needed according to the work schedule issued by the current Contract Administrator. Contractor is advised that the schedule of days and hours will vary and that the schedule is subject to change during the contract period. The Hawai„i State Art Museum may either add or delete security, service hours, as needed, during the term of this contract. 2. If required, and only upon written request from the museum, additional security services shall be provided under contract during or after official work hours at the inclusive unit bid price per hour per attendant. 3. Additional Security Attendants shall perform assigned duties and responsibilities from 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM (hours will vary as well as number of guards) every first Friday of the month. The Contractor shall regularly assign the same guards for the First Friday schedule. This may be the same attendant(s) as the Saturday and/or daily only Security Attendants. Major Duties and Responsibilities 1. Contractor shall provide qualified security personnel at the museum at all times during the hours of operation. See page OF-2; for hours of operation. 2. The security personnel shall be responsible for the protection of State property and the safety of museum visitors and staff at all times during scheduled security service hours of operation. 3. The security personnel shall provide the following general services: a. Perform general patrolling within the building and Grounds b. Maintain laws, rules and regulations for the protection and security of property and provide a safe environment for museum visitors and staff;
