• Evaluate and confirm that all project elements, for each affordable housing project assigned to the Contractor, are submitted to SHPD via the HICRIS Intake System (e.g., building permit applications, photographs, permit-set drawings, site map(s), written scope of work, agency/project proponent cover letter, HRS 6E review form, and payment of all fees), and that the information submitted is complete and accurate. • Request and review supplemental information, as appropriate, for each affordable housing project assigned to the Contractor, via HICRIS (e.g. archaeological inventory survey(s), archaeological monitoring plan(s), and architectural survey(s), SIHP number application form(s)) pursuant to Hawaii administrative Rules (HAR) § 13-275 and/or § 13-284. Requests for supplemental information will be submitted by the Contractor through the SHPD HICRIS system.
