Specifications include, but are not limited to: TEMPORARY LABOR SERVICES WASTE COLLECTION. The intent is to award multiple temporary labor services contracts to ensure quality andconsistency in the personnel provided. The contracts will be awarded in order of the lowest tothe next lowest and so on, most responsive and responsible bids to the City. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials and equipmentnecessary to perform general temporary labor services for landscape wastecollection and the composting operation.ii.
