1. Perform maintenance and operations support for the Summer EBT application that: • Allows the public to submit an application for Summer EBT via an online portal. • Provides a worker portal that allows agents to process applications, issue notices, and process payments for issuance. • Processes requested payments for transmittal to the State's EBT vendor. • Reconciles State EBT vendor's return transmittal file against payments requested. 2. Provide staffing to process applications received. Processing applications includes making eligibility dispositions on the applications received, following up with applicants for additional information or clarification, sending out disposition notices for each application, and creating and approving Summer EBT benefit payments. 3. Provide support desk services to address and respond to program inquiries or case or payment follow-up requests that are received from the Summer EBT clients and the general public, and to update and maintain an electronic contact log to document the Summer EBT program inquiries received and the current status or resolution of those inquiries.
