Contractor shall provide labor and materials for the following: 1) 1st Floor Main Stairwell – Install two (2) duplex 5-20 receptacles on tile walls below the stairs, connect to panel 2EMAA-A and install breakers. 2) 1st Floor Room 1138 – replace four (4) lighting ballasts; 3) 1st floor room 1103 – replace four (4) lighting ballasts (HO). 4) 1st floor Loading Dock –replace one (1) lighting ballast (HO). 5) 1st floor Mechanical Room 1409 – Replace Intermatic mechanical timer with new equivalent timer. 6) 2nd floor gravel pit – Replace twenty-one (21) lighting ballasts; 7) 3rd Floor Building Entrance – Replace five (5) lightning ballast, replace one (1) lighting fixture (2 bulb and ballast) over the buildings entrance (outside). Provide and install twelve (12) LED lamps to replace fluorescent T8 lamps. All materials for this line item must be suitable for outdoor use. 8) 3rd Floor Lobby – Install two (2) duplex 5-20 receptacles on each side of the large South facing window (on the drywall sections). Connect to panels 2EMEA and 2EMFQ, install breakers. 9) 3rd Floor Auditorium – Replace five (5) lighting sockets with new equivalent sockets. 10) 3rd floor women’s restroom – Replace one (1) lighting fixture with new equivalent light fixture. Replace any damaged conductor/conduit to bring fixture back to working order. 11) 3rd Floor Corridor 3121 – replace five (5) lighting ballasts; 12) DH emergency stair well – replace five (5) lighting ballasts. 13) 3rd Floor Room 3311 – Install two (2) duplex 5-20 receptacles, connect to panel 2EMFQ and install breakers. 14) 3rd floor room 3518 – Install one duplex 5-20 outlet. Connect to panel 2EMFQ and install new breaker. 15) 3rd Floor Corridor 3614 – replace four (4) lighting ballasts; 16) EWA emergency stair well – replace six (6) lighting ballasts.
