Specifications include, but are not limited to: The goal of this solicitation is to contract with a qualified organization to provide technical engagement assistance to community-based organization(s) (“CBOs”) to identify context sensitive TDM strategies for shift workers and develop an action plan to implement the identified shift worker TDM strategies. The consultant will have experience with assisting CBOs with engagement on TDM and preparing action plans to pilot TDM strategies. A. Provide technical assistance and support for up to two (2) CBOs (to be identified by CDPHPD) to support the implementation of strategies in the CBOs approved public engagement memo(s) to identify priority TDM strategies for the community(s). Technical assistance shall include as needed: 1. Assisting the CBO in developing their public engagement memo(s), which will identify preferred community engagement strategies; 2. Providing technical information on equity, equity analyses, and TDM strategies, including assisting the CBOs to synthesize information collected from the community; 3. Identifying which travel trends analysis are needed to determine TDM strategies and can be provided within the scope. (e.g., analyzing and mapping origin-destination data collected, data about how the community wants to get around, and current constraints of the transportation system); 4. Designing at least three (3) graphic design items for community engagement promotion;
