Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security monitoring services are necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of DOTAX’s employees and the taxpayer community who visit the tax office. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, security services are needed to monitor customers entering the office for walk-in customer services. The work of the security guard involves following and applying all COVID-19 guidelines and making sure customers entering the tax office wear face masks/coverings, use hand sanitizer, and follow other requirements in effect, including the vaccination or negative test verification mandate of persons entering a State facility. In addition, the security guard will monitor the location to ensure that social distancing practices are in place and that customers line up in the designated waiting area.
