Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR shall perform and provide, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the STATE, all goods and services set forth in the competitive bid number HIePRO 23001033 / eIFB-23-04-NELHA, incorporated herein by reference, and the CONTRACTOR’S accepted bid, attached hereto and incorporated herein. A. WORK TO BE PERFORMED The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of providing security services forthe State of Hawaii (STATE), Natural Energy Laboratory of Hawaii authority (NELHA) at Keahole Point, near Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. The services provided by the CONTRACTOR shall include all labor, materials, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to accomplish the following tasks:1.CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all work described herein, to include each part of said work, shall be complete in every respect and coordinated with any follow-up on phase or sequence of work.2.CONTRACTOR shall provide one uniformed security officer per shift to provide daily foot and vehicle patrols of the NELHA facility according to the following schedule: a. Monday – Saturday Morning (3,640 hours per year)Swing Shift:1600 – 2400 hrs. Graveyard Shift:2400 – 0600 hrs. b. Saturdays, Sundays, and State & Federal Holidays (2,832 hours per year)Day Shift:0600 – 1400 hrs. Swing Shift1400 – 2200 hrs.Graveyard Shift2200 – 0600 hrs.3.Security services shall be provided for the main NELHA Kea hole Point Makai Research Campus areas and buildings, for four (4) pump stations, NELHA Mauka Research Campus and building, at a security officer station location at the Research Campus of the facility, at a public beach park, and for common public areas along a 2.2-mile paved access road (as illustrated in Attachment 5).
