Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii State Department of Education (STATE) requires Security Services at various schools and offices, Statewide. Services are generally required during the hours of 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, or as determined by the Contract Administrator (CA) or Point of Contact (POC). Hours may also be designated during normal school/office hours, after school/office hours, and nonschool/work days (e.g., weekends, holidays, summer/fall/winter breaks, etc.). The CONTRACTOR shall furnish personnel, vehicles, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide identified Security Services. At time of offer and throughout the contract period, if awarded, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable sections of Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) Chapter 463, Private Detectives and Guards.
