Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Offeror shall provide and perform the services set forth below in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the OHA, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. The services shall include, but may not be limited to, the following: B. The Contract Administrator will act as the contract monitor and principal liaison between the Offeror and the OHA. The Contract Administrator shall assist in resolving policy questions expediting decisions and the review of the work performed.; C. Patrol Phases l. Phase I Phase I describes the current security patrol requirements for OHA’s Wahiawā Lands. a. The Offeror shall provide Vehicle patrol services for the 23-acre parcel (in purple) with foot patrol services for the blue shaded areas. See Exhibit A: Project Site and Exhibit D: Foot-Patrol Areas Adjacent to the 23- Acre Area).; b. The Offeror shall also provide Vehicle patrol services for the entire firebreak surrounding Parcels 048 and 049, with foot patrol services for the Kūkaniloko Birthing Stones, Parcel 048. See Exhibit A: Project Site and Exhibit E: Photo Kūkaniloko Birthing Stones Parcel with Firebreak Depicted by orange line.; c. The Offeror shall provide Vehicle patrol services for the remaining parcels along the service road depicted in green. See Exhibit A: Project Site.; D. Security and Trespassing Patrol Services that shall include, but may not be limited to, the following specifications: 1. The Offeror shall provide THREE (3) random weekly roving security patrol inspections of the project site, at intervals of approximately ONE (1) to THREE (3) days apart, at varying times and/or at the Offeror’s discretion, or as approved by the OHA. In collaboration with the Contract Administrator, the Offeror shall identify the intervals, times and access to the project site.; 2. The Offeror shall ensure that all its personnel are qualified based on knowledge, training, and proven skill to perform tasks efficiently and in a satisfactory manner and that all services be conducted in a professional manner. ; 3. The Offeror shall be considerate of the land and its surroundings with regards to mud, debris, and hazards. The Offeror shall exert extreme care to prevent damage to the archeological and cultural sites.; 4. The Offeror shall comply with all relevant Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 standards.; 5. The Offeror shall immediately advise the Contract Administrator of any problems that arise while performing this Scope of Services.
