A. Prioritize the repair of and fix leaks at Hale A, B, D, and F Buildings as specified herein and then conduct repairs for Hale C and E Buildings; B. Install staging area barricades or cones, post safety warning signs, and other necessary safety measures prior to the commencement of work; C. Conduct any repairs as needed prior to coating preparation; D. Prior to repairs, remove debris including vegetation and pressure wash all existing roof surfaces, roof drain inlets, and gutters to remove dirt, oil, grease, rust, plant materials, and other surface contaminants that may inhibit adhesion of coating to be applied. The CONTRATOR shall ensure the pressure washer’s pressure is not excessive and will not cause damage to existing roof surfaces and components and allow the roofs to completely dry; E. Replace drains and repair plumbing if corrosion and/or vegetation damage is found and conduct pipe scoping as needed to ensure clear flow
