The Office of Community Services (OCS), administratively attached to the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, is seeking information regarding a service package that seeks to fill identified gaps in services for Refugees, Asylees, victims of trafficking, and other eligible persons who are not U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) and who have been certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to be eligible for benefits and services under any Federal or State program or activity to the same extent as refugees. The feedback and data analysis may result in a single or multiple Request(s) for Proposals (RFP) to complete comprehensive services within the existing target population.
