The Hawaii State Public Library System seeks bids from qualified vendors to deliver rebranding, logo-design, collateral material development that raise the HSPLS profile positively and measurably. Analysis of the findings must be used to develop the executable brand package and include: o Identifying and analyzing the diverse audience segments the library system serves; this includes demographics, preferences, behaviors, and needs o Performing key stakeholder surveys and interviews o Conducting focus groups with key stakeholders; at least one focus group must be conducted on each of the six islands where HPSLS has branches • A comprehensive, executable brand package that aligns with the HSPLS mission and vision; deliverables must include: o Primary and secondary system-wide logo design with tagline; must anticipate the possibility of future island- and branch-specific logos o Color palate o Typology/Fonts o Icons o Artwork o Photography examples that align with brand o Letterhead o Business cards o Templates, including: emails, e-newsletters, reports, presentations, social media graphics, signage, electronic and printed program announcements o Style guidelines
