The services to be provided by the Contractor for this Restorative Aquaculture Accelerator Project in accordance with this RFP, including its attachments and any added addenda, shall include the following topics: • A detailed program agenda, including session topics, speakers, and networking activities for a two-week accelerator program in Honolulu, HI. • A curated list of mentors, investors, and political stakeholders engaged for the accelerator. • Documentation of participant progress, feedback, and outcomes, including investment or partnership leads generated. • Recommendations for scaling and replicating the accelerator model across Hawaii and the Pacific. • A funding strategy report detailing the sources, amounts, and status of all funds secured to directly offset the cost of the accelerator program. • A detailed budget outlining the projected costs for delivery of such a program along with outline details of a demonstrated track record of raising additional funds for such projects. The budget for the project is limited to $150,000. Project award is dependent on the availability of funding. 2.3 AID Responsibilities
