The furnishing of services for the reproduction of documents (to include plans, specifications, and other miscellaneous documents), shall involve the furnishing and delivery of the following items to the Department of Accounting and General Services, Public Works Division (DAGS-PWD) in accordance with these Special Provisions, 1) the attached original specifications, plans, and other documents included by reference [electronic bid documents, addenda, and bid clarifications]; 2) a master CD containing the electronic bid documents listed above; 3) a CD containing electronic versions of working prints, 4) upload of electronic bid documents to a secured File Transfer Protocol site for retrieval; 5) reproduction, and binding of hard copy plans, specifications, addenda, or bid clarifications from original hard-copy documents.
