Electrical Requirements 120V/1Ph/60Hz Coil Configuration, Right Hand, 4-row, 5-circuit cooling coil Airflow, High speed at 1, 350 CFM System Type, 2-pipe hydronic Materials, Aluminum fins with galvanized steel casing Actuator Installation of New Units. Install the new fan coil units in the same locations as the previous units, ensuring proper alignment and secure mounting. Reconnect all piping and electrical connections in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local buildings codes. Integration of 2-way Actuators. Each fan coil unit shall be equipped with a 2-way motorized control valve actuator to regulate the flow of hot or chilled water. The actuators should be compatible with the fan coil units and the building’s control systems. Testing and Commissioning. After installation, test each unit to verify proper operations, including checking for leaks, verifying airflow rates, and ensuring that all controls function as intended. Adjust settings as necessary to achieve optimal performance. Building F, Demolition of Existing Drop Ceiling. Carefully remove the existing drop ceiling tiles and grid system in the areas where the fan coil units are located. Ensure that all electrical fixtures, such as lighting, are safely disconnected and removed prior to ceiling demolition. Properly dispose of all debris and materials resulting from the demolition in accordance with the local regulations. Building F, Reinstallation of Drop Ceiling. Install a new drop ceiling grid system and tiles to match the existing ceiling design and aesthetics. Reinstall any electrical fixture that were removed during the demolition process, ensuring they are properly secured and operations. Cleanup and Disposal. Remove all debris resulting from the replacement process and dispose of the old units and materials in accordance with local regulations.
