QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTION SERVICES SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: 4.1.2.1. REGULAR ENGINE EXERCISE 4.1.2.1.1. Run generator for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes loaded to no less than one-third of the nameplate rating; and 4.1.2.1.2. After running generator, top off fuel tank as described in Diesel Fuel Replenishment below. 4.1.2.2. LUBRICATING SYSTEM 4.1.2.2.1. Check engine oil for leaks; 4.1.2.2.2. Check hydraulic governor oil level, if fitted; 4.1.2.2.3. Check operation of lubricating oil heater, if fitted; and 4.1.2.2.4. Record oil pressure – Pounds per square inch (PSI), Revolutions per minute (RPM). 4.1.2.3. FUEL SYSTEM 4.1.2.3.1. Drain water and sediment from fuel tank as required; 4.1.2.3.2. Check fuel tank breather; 4.1.2.3.3. Check fuel system and unions for leaks; 4.1.2.3.4. Check operation of engine governor and stop controls; 4.1.2.3.5. Check fuel level, inform STATE if low; and 4.1.2.3.6. Drain fuel filter.
