A. Temporary Board Up. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to board up a six-story walk-up apartment structure, including all front entrances, windows, and glass sliding doors, for security and weather protection using ¾ inch exterior-grade plywood for all coverings. There are approximately six front entrance doors, 24-36 windows of various sizes, and up to 6 glass sliding doors (the exact quantity to be confirmed upon initial inspection). B. Disposal of Contents. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, hauling vehicles, and supervision to remove and properly dispose of accumulated debris and rubbish within the apartment structure.
