Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide Real-Time Electronic Notifications to: a. Federally Qualified Health Clinics/Rural Health Clinics (three) and b. MQD designated clinics (two). 2. Provide Outreach and Technical Assistance: a. 30 in-person technical assistance sessions on Oahu (18) and neighbor islands (12) at the participants facility. Provide FQHCs and rural health clinics assistance in person, to ensure existing and new services, including real-time notifications, will be used effectively. Increased use of these services will increase efficiencies and reduce costs to the providers with improved outcome to patients b. Provide ongoing support to HHIE participants to introduce them to the new health information technology and adapting existing services to their workflow to improve their efficiency. c. In addition to the in-person sessions, provide web-based consultation to all the onboarded hospitals, clinics, health plans and other HHIE participants on a regular basis, and upon request (for the duration of one year).
