A. Design and produce a deliverable of a comprehensive three-part curriculum tailored for the City and early childhood personnel with varying levels of experience in early childhood development and recreation programming. The curriculum should cover: 1. Foundations of child development; 2. The importance of play in child development; and 3. Principles of inclusive, age-appropriate, and ability-appropriate recreational and play activities. B. Plan and conduct the delivery of the curriculum, including securing venues, scheduling, registration, facilitation and material preparation. C. Develop and distribute pre- and post-session evaluations to assess participant learning and satisfaction. The Contractor shall produce a deliverable to prepare a final report that includes: 1. Total number of attendees; 2. Pre- and post-session feedback for each attendee; and 3. Recommendations for future training efforts.
