Construction of site improvements, in place complete. Work includes but is not limited to excavating, grading, filling, backfilling, structural excavation and backfill, scarifying, moistureconditioning, compacting and performing compaction testing; construction of new concrete walkways, concrete driveway apron, recycled plastic picnic tables and concrete pads, 4’ high chain link fence, signs; and all other related miscellaneous work and appurtenant materials necessary to complete the site improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications. ; Construction of landscaping in place complete. Work includes but is not limited to, demolition/removal of one (1) Java Plum tree including trunk and surface root to 18 inches below finish grade, pruning of branches and roots of existing six (6) Monkeypod and one (1) Royal Poinciana trees, eradicate and remove existing grasses and weeds, furnishing and installing Dwarf St. Augustine grass for site, and other miscellaneous items, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
