Task 1: C2A, C2C, C2B, C2D 1) C2A & C2C a) Remove and dispose of existing AC duct including exterior wrapped insulation where indicated on attached Duct Removal & Duct Cleaning Plan. OA duct with motorized damper to remain. FCU 2A and FCU 2C to remain. Cover remaining opening in FCU and OA duct with plastic. b) Perform duct cleaning for transfer ducts and OA ducts in C2A & C2C and OA ducts in C2B & C2D where indicted on the attached Duct Removal & Duct Cleaning Plan. Cover all remainng openings with plastic. See also attached Duct Cleaning Procedure. Task 2: Classroom C2D 1) Clean (wet wipe) and move furniture (i.e., tables, desks chairs, whiteboards, cabinets, other mobile furniture, etc) from C2D to C2B (keep C2D furniture separated and cover with plastic sheeting). 2) Remove and dispose of existing carpet, padding, tack-strips, etc. 3) Remove and dispose of existing wall-mounted items (papers, photographs, decorations, etc.). 4) Remove and dispose of existing asbestos-containing vinyl floor tiles and associated mastic in front of sink and doorway. 5) Remove and dispose of existing suspended ceiling system panels. Existing grid and fluorescent light fixtures to remain. Clean (wet wipe) existing grid and fluorescent fixture including bulbs and diffusers. Cover duct openings with plastic. 6) Clean (wet wipe from ceiling to floor) interior walls including tackboards and whiteboards, door and door frames, window frames, jalousie vanes (interior/exterior), cabinets (interior/exterior), counters, sink, fluorescent light fixtures.
