Furnish and deliver one (1) ClearCase Acquisition Station, as specified in RFQHPD-2600015 and any addenda issued. TECHNICAL / PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS A. Make / Model: New, ClearCase Acquisition Station or approved substitute. B. Minimum Specifications: Cartridge case triage station that includes an acquisition station: • The acquisition station shall be capable of automated focusing and lighting during image capture of the head area of the cartridge case, including breech face marks and headstamp • The acquisition station shall have an automated carousel tray • The acquisition station shall have a touchscreen display • The acquisition station shall have 3D imaging capabilities to determine the number of firearms associated with the cartridge cases • The acquisition station shall provide a preliminary report of cartridge case triage results, including the caliber of the cartridge cases and the number of firearms associated with the cartridge cases • The acquisition station shall provide reports with an incident map and the geo location of the cartridge cases • The acquisition station shall have the ability to preserve fingerprint and DNA on cartridge cases during the triage process; Sample holders for the cartridge case triage system: • Forty (40) triage casing holders • One hundred (100) sterile triage casing holders to preserve fingerprint and DNA on cartridge cases; Accessories for the cartridge case triage system: • One thousand (1,000) standard NFC stickers • One hundred (100) tamper-proof NFC stickers • One (1) Ethernet cable • One (1) Wi-Fi USB adapter • Power supply AC adapter; C. Warranty; Manufacturer’s warranty to include 3 years of hardware replacement, technician visit, software updates and bug fixes, peripherals coverage, and 24/7 support calls. D. Training; A live online training shall be provided by the Contractor to show the equipment features. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Officer-In-Charge to schedule the training session.
