Under the supervision of the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute (HNEI), the PR firm will work to communicate with stakeholders and the public through various mediums and improve the brand recognition and reputation of the HNEI with a primary focus on the activities supported under the Hawaii Energy Policy Forum. The Hawaii Natural Energy Institute is a research unit within the University of Hawaii at Manoa. It was established by the Hawaii State Legislature to address the state’s critical energy challenges and support its renewable energy and sustainability goals. HNEI serves as a bridge between scientific research, technological innovation, and practical implementation to promote energy independence, environmental sustainability, and economic growth in Hawaii.
