10.5 PARTS REPLACEMENT - If replacement of parts is required on any trouble call, or the replacement of parts is not covered under any specific provisions of this contract, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for the cost of the new parts excluding taxes, including shipping charges, plus 10% for overhead, profit, taxes and other incidental expenses. The Contractor shall substantiate its charges by submitting a copy of the original billing as requested by the State. 10.6 MAINTENANCE SERVICES – The Contractor's bid prices shall be inclusive of all labor, equipment, lubricants, oil, drive belts, air filters, protective clothing, taxes, insurance, overhead and all other incidentals necessary for the complete maintenance of the plumbing systems as noted in the following sections. A. If any procedure in these specifications is found to contradict manufacturers' recommendations contained in the specific "Operations and Maintenance Manual" for the equipment, the stricter requirements shall govern. B. The Contractor shall complete a maintenance checklist, signed by the Harbors Maintenance Supervisor certifying that the maintenance tasks have been completed. This checklist shall be submitted to the Harbor Maintenance Supervisor and the State Project Manager on a monthly basis. See Appendix C for a sample checklist. The copy sent to the State Project Manager shall be submitted with the monthly invoices and shall serve as verification that the work has been satisfactorily completed.
