Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work covers program management review(process evaluation), best practices, and compliance review for programs andprojects implemented under American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009(ARRA) grants managed by the Department of Business, Economic Development, andTourism , Strategic Industries Division, (STATE).� The scope of work for this project mayrequire a range of support including, but not limited to:� analyzing problems of management andproviding advice and insight about the probable effects of alternativesolutions to these problems with focus on analysis of process rather than onthe subject matter of the problem; inspection of accounting systems andtransaction processing efficiency; providing financial management advice tomanagement; and, reporting and tracking of the programs
