Contractor shall provide Pest Control monthly service visits to the following areas: Dietary/Food Service Building B including upstairs dining room Hale Ho’ola Serving Kitchen Dining Areas Greens and Beans Café Pre-Release Transition Program Cottages Guensberg Building Cooke Building Resident/patient areas and offices (upon request) Types of services to provide: Alphabets #A - #D: Provide services for various types of cockroaches including: American, German, Oriental, Australian, Turkestan, Brown, and Smoky Brown. Inspect the facility and record noted cockroach activity, harborage sites, and conditions conducive to cockroach activity. Provide appropriate targeted product applications according to label into cracks, crevices and voids during regular service visits. Include quarterly fogging of main kitchen as needed. Kitchen service will be performed after hours (start at 7:00 pm). Rodent program: Specifically, for Guensberg and Cooke buildings. Exterior services: Install and maintain approximately 10 rodent bait stations around the outside perimeter of each building. (Total of 20). Interior services: Install and maintain interior rodent traps suitable for the facility as needed. Inspect, clean and date rodent bait and trapping equipment during regular service visits. Pick up/discard rodents upon request. Rodent program in other areas as needed.
