Specifications include, but are not limited to: PHASE A: Establishment of Cyber Safe Hawaii • With DBEDT approval, select and confirm a project team, including contractors and any sub-contractors. • Develop a Cyber Safe Hawaii structure and any agreement memorandums. • With DBEDT’s participation and direction, form an executive committee. This committee will be composed of various community resource partners whose mission it is to assist the local small business community. • Produce a schedule of monthly meetings for the executive committee. • The first meeting of the Executive Committee will occur no later than 30 days after contract award. • With input from the Executive Committee, produce a consistent marketing and messaging campaign. • With the assistance of DBEDT, produce an agenda for future meetings and maintain the minutes of the executive committee meetings. • Using available client lists of community resource partners, conduct a survey of the Hawai'i small business community to gauge awareness of cyber security best practices and willingness to receive assistance in the future. Phase B: Website development and production • With the participation of the DBEDT representative, design and produce a website for the following purposes: o Serve as the publicly facing site for Cyber Safe Hawaii with a narrative description of the mission of the effort. o The ability to present an application for cybersecurity services based upon the following eligibility criteria: ▪ Employ fifty (50) or fewer employees. ▪ Have been in business less than three (3) years. ▪ Are generating revenue. ▪ Operate in one of the following industries: retail, restaurants, manufacturing, healthcare, construction, agriculture, and finance. ▪ If not at the time of submission, commit to enrolling as a client of a small business resource partner. o The ability for a small business applicant to submit an application for cybersecurity services. ▪ Applications will be forwarded to a DBEDT representative for dissemination to the Executive Committee of Cyber Safe Hawaii. o The ability to imbed links to services offered through other contracts awarded by DBEDT during the period of performance of this award.
