4.1 WORK TO BE DONE - The work to be done is described in the Section(s) following Section 9 of these specifications. 4.2 PERFORMANCE OF WORK - The Contractor shall employ, so far as possible, such methods and means in carrying out his work so as not to cause any interruption, disturbance, or interference with the public. In case the Contractor is performing work in a building, the Contractor shall conduct the work in such a manner so as not to cause any interruption, disturbance, or interference with the business activities of the tenants in the building. 4.3 EXTRA WORK - New and unforeseen items of work will be classed as extra work when they cannot be covered by any of the various items for which there is a bid price.
