▪ Cut and drop all trees, shrubs and undergrowth within a 30’ wide approximately 250’ long border along boundary between the State parcel and the three private properties as shown on the attached map labeled Exhibit A. ▪ All material will be cut to pieces no longer than 3 feet. ▪ Cut debris is to be left on the State parcel outside of the buffer zone and laying as flat as possible; do not stack or pile. ▪ Cut stumps as close to ground level as possible (<6” high). Stump removal not required. ▪ Treat all stumps and cut debris with a growth inhibitor/herbicide. ▪ Access to be coordinated through DLNR Land Agent, Pua Ishibashi. ▪ Property is situated in a residential area, please be mindful of this when providing service. Do not use loud equipment before 8am in the morning and be mindful of windblown debris entering private properties. ▪ All work must be done under the supervision of a certified arborist.
