Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) an agency of the State of Hawaii anticipates the need for various professional services throughout the State during Fiscal Year 2013 (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013), subject to budget appropriation and allotment of funds. The need for professional services shall include, but not be limited to, the professions listed in the below categories and identified professional services consistent with Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) 103D-304 and as defined in HRS section 103D-104, and for the purpose of rendering professional services by persons licensed under the HRS (Chapters 415A, 442, 448, 453, 455, 457, 459, 460, 461, 463E, 464, 465, 466, 471, 554-2, and 605). Additional professional services may be provided by occupation series contained in the U.S. Office of Personnel Managements (OPM) Qualifications Handbook for Professional and Scientific Positions as requested by HHSC. The purpose of this notice is to create the HHSC Professional Service Providers List for Fiscal Year 2013 (July 1, 2012 June 30, 2013). Persons approved to be on this list will be evaluated for specific professional services needed during FY2013. Persons, as defined by HAR 3-120-2, means individuals, partnerships, corporations, associations, or public or private organizations or any character other than a governmental body.
