Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The County of Hawaii is posting a Notice of and Request for Sole Source for Hawaiian Community Assets to continue to manage the Hawai'i County Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) which provides no-cost financial counseling to all Hawai'i County Residents. Additional information is contained in the attached request. Vendors who believe they can meet or exceed the above stated requirement must provide convincing technical data sufficient to support their position. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of and Request for Sole Source shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as proposals, bids, or quotes. There will be no engagement of questions and answers during this solicitation period. Vendors objecting to this Notice of and Request for Sole Source shall respond to this notice by uploading their written comments through Public Purchase prior to the request's end date, addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer. Any objections will be provided to the Chief Procurement Officer prior to any action being taken regarding this request.
