The project is located at the Hawaii Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility, Kalaeloa Bldg. 30. This project requires a New 100-Ton HVAC Chiller that will replace the inoperable York Chiller. The Scope of Work and Specifications (SOW/Specs) is based on a complete and functional HVAC Chiller system for the aviation maintenance facility. The Contractor shall provide the cost of labor, tools, equipment, and rentals for the removal and disposal of the old inoperable Chiller and replacement of a new approved equivalent size Chiller. The contractor will also ensure the New Chiller is compatible with the existing Air Handler units located in the building. Chiller must also work seamlessly with existing DDC controls; NOTE: Replacement/reposition and installation of all related electrical and mechanical lines, terminals, and devices, as applicable to the new HVAC Chiller system. And where applicable, all disconnected Direct Distance Control (DDC) devices and terminations must be reconnected to the new HVAC equipment/system should be included with the cost.
