Extended range cellular antenna and accessories. Cellular transceiver and accessories. Satellite mount. Cellular mount. Tripod(s) Wheeled case for equipment. Large case for antennas. Tripod case(s) Kit 2: Back Haul minimum requirements Point to point / point to multipoint back haul system and accessories. Antenna mounting hardware. Pole mount (collapsible locking). Guy wires and stakes. Hammer. Tripods. Tripod cases. Wheeled case(s) for equipment. Large case(s) for antennas. Extension cord(s). Outdoor CAT 5 cable (50 feet per site). Multiple outlet surge protector (per site). NOTE: The backhaul system shall provide sufficient bandwidth to transport the satellite datalink to a remote location. The backhaul system shall be a two (2) hop point-to-point or point-to-multipoint system that shall not lose more than 10% of bandwidth per hop. Kit 3: Remote Power minimum requirements Battery-based system that is transportable and able to sustain 24 hours of operation at a remote site. Solar panels to charge the battery system during daylight hours as well as sustained operations during day and night hours. Wheeled case. Solar panel hard case (protection from damage during air transport and transport to remote location). 100-foot extension cord. Multiple outlet surge protector(s). NOTE: The remote power system shall be able to support all equipment at each site to sustain operations during the day as well as into the night. Solar panels shall provide enough power to charge the remote power system as well as support daytime operations. As operations may continue through the night, sufficient power must be available to support the operations for a minimum of eight (8) hours after sunset. Calculations of power use shall be based on the sunlight available during the winter months in Hawaii. This is to include the power required to operate the following equipment post sunset: One (1) each Cisco 350 POE switch (24 port) provided by HI-EMA. Four (4) each VoiP telephones provided by HI-EMA. Four (4) each laptops provided by HI-EMA. One (1) each six (6) outlet surge power strips (phone charging station).
