A. General Requirements: Furnish all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to demolish and remove from the site all items indicated on the Drawings. All removal work areas shall be repaired as detailed and specified. B. Work included as indicated on the Drawings: 1. Demolish and remove all necessary site improvements as indicated on the plans, specified herein, or as required to install the new work in place complete. 2. Demolition and Removal of existing synthetic track surfacing and underlying AC pavement, and runways, and other items as indicated on the plans and as specified herein. C. All materials resulting from demolition work, except as indicated or specified otherwise, shall become the property of the Contractor at the time of demolition and shall be removed from the limits of the school property and disposed of at an approved facility in accordance with City, State, and Federal regulations. Remove rubbish and debris from the job site daily, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer.
