The Maui Nui Seabird Recovery Project (MNSRP) in collaboration with Division of Forestry and Wildlife (DOFAW) is seeking bids for total project cost of vegetation removal (brushing) and installation of a seabird predator exclusion fence including two culvert installations. The successful bidder will enter into a contract with the State of Hawaii. For the fence project MNSRP will map the route and provide GPS locations of the major corners, junctions, and stream crossings. MNSRP will also supply most of the materials to complete the fence. Materials for the culverts and crossings are not included and are the responsibility of the bidder. The bidder is responsible for transporting all materials from a location at the site, along the fence line; labor to construct the fence and any necessary clearing of vegetation along the fence corridor. Two Items will be offered for Bid: 1.) Makamakaʻole Seabird Predator Exclusion Fence Construction; 2.) Two gulch crossing culvert design and installations
